Hi, I'm Lethabo

I'm a holistic health and wellness coach and the founder of NOUTRICUES—a space built on the belief that true wellness is wholeness. I help people understand how stress is affecting their body and life through a holistic approach that supports the body, mind, and spirit.

My journey into holistic wellness began after losing my mom and navigating years of undiagnosed depression. During that season, I experienced firsthand how chronic stress and emotional strain can impact physical health, showing up as fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and stress-related acne. Through support from both a naturopathic doctor and a psychiatrist, I discovered that lasting well-being requires caring for the whole person, not just treating symptoms.

Today, I work with busy professionals and women who often feel overwhelmed, depleted, or stuck in unhealthy cycles despite functioning well on the outside. Through holistic nutrition, stress management, mindset renewal, lifestyle design, and biblical principles, I help clients create sustainable habits that support both their health and their goals.

At the heart of my philosophy is a simple belief: wellness is not about doing more, it's about living in alignment with your body's needs, your values, and the season of life you're in.

My mission is not simply to help people function, but to help them flourish - in body, mind, and spirit.
